2019 Movies To Get Excited About

The world might end in 2012 so it’s an important year for films. Before looking at my list you must understand that this is just my personal excitement list and this may change as more information or trailers come out for these or other films.123 movie

Anyway, here is my 10 must sees for next year.

10. The Woman In Black

– I know I never seem to shut up about this film but considering the story and the made-for-TV movie that was made in the 80’s, this could be the best and scariest horror movie in years. Or it is going to suck and I will look stupid for spending so much time writing about it.

9. American Reunion

– Probably not going to be any good but I have to be excited about this movie. Maybe it is because I was in High School when the first one came out and this just bring me back to that simple time of releasing into a tube sock or beer on my night stand.

8. Red Tails

– I sing the duck tails song in my head when I see the title but besides that everything looks positive for this movie. It looks to be the first good fighter pilot movie since Top Gun and George Lucas is behind this one (rare considering for the past few decades he has only dealt with Indiana Jones and Star Wars). Add the true story element into the mix and I don’t see how this could be bad.

7. Django Unchained

– I feel like Tarantino is like Bo. Tarantino knows Samurai (Kill Bill), Tarantino knows WWII (Inglorious Bastards) and now Tarantino knows Westerns. The best part? He knows how to make every genre original and awesome. Plus there is an ongoing cast that is making everyone drool. I keep waiting for Tarantino to make a bad movie but I don’t think that is happening anytime soon.

6. The Dictator

– This is all you need to know about this film; the guy who played Borat is going to play Saddam Hussein. I would bet this is going to cause as much uproar as it is laughter and I personally can not wait. A long time ago Charlie Chaplin played Hitler and finally someone is going down that road again.

5. The Hunger Games

– Mr Potter will no longer be with us and the Twilight series will be over next year so we need another series to take us through the next few years. The first book was amazing and the trailer kept the excitement up. There are many things that can go wrong with the movie but I am going to stay optimistic.

4. Osama Bin Laden Film

– Very little is actually known about the film, there isn’t even a title yet. But a movie about killing Bin Laden made by the woman who made the best war movie in years (The Hurt Locker) must make most peo

Sucker Bets in Sports Betting

In the world of sports betting, there can be many unwise bets. Unfortunately, some of these bets are simply sucker bets. What are sucker bets? We call them “sucker bets” when the bets placed make the bettor appears to be the sucker. In other words, the favor is so much in favor of the bookmaker or the house that it is almost impossible to win! But if a miracle does happen, the winnings can be huge. Let’s take a look at some of the sucker betting scenarios.

Example 1: Betting on parlay.

A parlay bet is when the bettor likes a number of teams, and would like to bet on all these teams winning. When that happens, the bettor can win a lot more, but the odds are extremely low. Bookmakers like to see bettors making parlay bets because it just takes one team to lose, and there goes their money. For this reason, many parlay bets are also known as sucker bets.

Example 2: Betting on teasers.

Teasers are in a way, similar to parlay. The bettor can also choose from a combination of teams to bet on. There can be as many as ten teams in the combination, but there must be at least two teams. Most bettors can’t even win when they just choose two or three teams. Like parlay bets, all teams must win. If any team loses, 토토사이트 the bet is lost. But unlike the parlay, the bettor has the option of moving the spreads.

Teaser bets are known as “teasers” for a reason. They are meant to tease the bettors, and make them believe that they can win big. Unfortunately, most just turn out to the sucker bets.

Example 3: Betting based on free betting advice.

There are a plethora of sportsbook online that offer free betting advice. Sometimes, the tip looks too good to be true, and bettors can’t resist the temptation of winning big. So they place bets without looking further into the teams. Don’t be too gullible and place bets without looking. Do your own research and try not to bet on teams that you are not familiar with.

Example 4: Betting on hot favorites.

The entire world could be rooting for a hot favorite. That makes the bookmakers happy. Hot favorites mean that the world thinks this team has the greatest chance of winning the game. Never mind if the analysis is flawed or the prediction unrealistic. What matters is that the more people bet on a team, the lower the odds. Sometimes, the odds can be so low that it just isn’t worth placing good money on the team. For instance, for every $10 placed on the team, the bettor stands to win $4. That means the bettor has to place a bet of $1,000 in order to win $400.

Intermediate Level Football Betting

One of the big problems with sports betting is that once people are able to win a few bets, they start to think they can make a career out of the past time. The truth is that almost anyone can win a few sports bets here and there, just because of luck alone. Add a little bit of knowledge about a game to the sports betting action, and you have an even greater chance of coming out a short term winner.

Winning some money in the short term does not necessarily make one an expert when it comes to football betting, or any other type of sports betting, however. If you are truly ready to go from the beginning stages of betting on football to a higher level, you have to be sure that your bankroll and your ego can handle it. Even advanced sports bettors will tell you that they experience losing seasons, just because of the luck involved in the sports betting industry.

Of course, you can supplement that luck with some knowledge both of betting and of the sport in order to increase your chances of winning. In this article, we are going to take a look at some important information and tips for the intermediate football bettor to incorporate.

Increasing your knowledge of the game

Odds are that if you don`t understand downs, special teams, and know the better teams in the leagues you would not be betting on football in the first place. Now that you are going to be 토토사이트 risking more money, and more frequently, you have to think about expanding your knowledge base no matter what level you are betting at.

The first thing to do is to look at games that go deeper than the major teams in the league. While games between teams with losing records might not draw fan interest the way the big teams do, they often present good chances at high value bets for sports bettors.

High value bets are ones where you pay less in order to win more. Lines and spreads have less difference than in poor value games. For example, a game between the New England Patriots and the San Francisco 49ers lists the Patriots at -220 and the 49ers at +180. Whether you put money on the favorites or the dogs, it`s a poor bet.

Why? Well, in order to get just $100 on a Patriots win, you have to bet more than double that amount. If they lose, which they might, you stand to lose a lot of money. On the other hand, there is every chance that the 49ers will lose, which means you STILL lose a lot of money.

Instead of games involving teams with very different levels of skill, look instead for games where the teams have a slight difference. Better yet, look for teams (such as the Washington Redskins) who have incredible fan backing even though they might not play very well. Lots of times, the fan betting skews the odds so that teams with lots of fans look like favorites even though skill wise, they are dogs.

The Top 5 Reasons We Love Retro Gaming

Video games have unquestionably become more ambitious and impressive in recent years. When you look at the likes of The Last Of Us, it’s impossible to overstate just how far video games have come since people were playing Pong forty-odd years ago. But for all the innovations within the medium, and for all the new fangled ideas and increasingly elaborate control schemes, there’s something to be said for how much more straight forward things were in the games we played as kids.

Gaming today can be difficult for people without the muscle memory that comes from years of dedicated gaming. Give your mum or dad a PS4 controller and if they’re anything like mine they’ll spend half the time playing the game looking down, attempting in vain to remember where all the buttons are. Use the left analog stick to walk, hold X to jog, or tap X to sprint. L2 is aim and R2 is shoot, but R1 becomes shoot if you’re driving because in a car R2 is the accelerator. R3 (that’s when you click in the right analog stick) let’s you look behind you, and to open the menu you need to hold down the touch pad. And that’s just part of the control scheme for Grand Theft Auto 5, one of the best selling games of all time.

Even for seasoned veterans the increasing complexity of games can become a turn off. Super Mario World is still as intuitive as it was back in 1990 because the inherently simple design and pick up and play nature of the game made it timeless. You can give a kid who’s never played a Mario game the controller and within seconds they’ll have worked out how to play. This simplicity is an attractive concept, which is almost certainly part of the reason that retro games like Shovel Knight and Axiom Verge are so popular today. The simpler a game is to play, the LEGO Light Kit more inclusive and immediate the fun. Retro gaming has that in spades, and that’s the reason I’m still playing Super Mario World twenty-six years after release.

#4. Retro Games Have Better Music

As gaming production values have increased over the years, we’ve seen the medium change in many ways. We made the jump to 3D, we now have voice acting, and elaborate cut-scenes tell complicated stories that rival those seen in television or on the big screen. Games today feature fully orchestrated scores or soundtracks featuring popular music that are every bit as impressive as what we’d see in other mediums, but it feels like we’ve lost something along the way, too.

I can still hum the theme music to Treasure Island Dizzy on the Commodore 64. I was playing that game nearly thirty years ago and I haven’t played it since then (and I’ve still never beaten it, damn it) but I can still remember the theme music that plays in the background in its entirety. I played games last week and I couldn’t even tell you if they had music at all.

Because of the simplicity of early games, and without voice acting to tell a story, the music had to be good. Other than a few crummy sound effects, the music of the game was the only aural stimulation that the games provided. There are still great game soundtracks today, but they seem few and far between when compared to the games of my youth. Mega Man, Castlevania, the early Final Fantasy games, and iconic titles like Zelda, Mario and Sonic the Hedgehog – these all featured highly memorable tunes that stick with us long after the last time we played them. I still remember how the music for Commodore 64 classic Prince Clumsy changes when you save the princess at the end of the game like I was playing it yesterday. We can’t really say that about Shadow of Mordor, can we?

How to Waterproof a Tent

Most tents are waterproofed when you buy them, at least the good ones. This doesn’t mean that they will stay that way, though. Over time tents will start to degrade and the chemicals that prevented them from leaking water will start to lose their potency. In the event that this occurs it is important that you familiarize yourself with the process of renewing the waterproof seal on your tent.

There are chemicals that you can buy that replicate the affect of waterproofing that your tent had when it was brand new. Some waterproofing kits are son chong tham nen nha ve sinh solvent-based, while others are water-based applications. Naturally, anytime you work with chemicals, there are some precautions that you need to observe before you begin to waterproof your tent.

The first thing that you need to do is read the directions that come with a tent waterproofing kit. It’s important to read the directions thoroughly before starting, to ensure that you are applying the chemicals to the best of your abilities and in the way that is laid out by the manufacturer.
If the instructions tell you that you need to apply the chemicals to your tent in an area that has no shortage of ventilation, then you would do well to heed this warning. Apply tent waterproofing outside if possible, and if not, wear a chemical respirator to protect yourself from noxious fumes.

Before spending money on a kit, determine whether or not you actually need to do any sort of waterproofing. There is a chance that you have purchased a commercial grade tent that never needs to be waterproofed again. It may in fact be that durable. If you try waterproof something like this you may just find that you hurt the integrity of the tent more than you actually help it. Canvas tents often don’t require waterproofing, as the cotton material proves to hold up well without any treatment.

Once you’ve decided that your tent needs waterproofing, you need to pay particular attention to the seams of the tent, the most likely place to suffer from wear and tear, allowing water to creep in. Use the waterproofing sealer liberally and don’t miss an inch. You may also need to coat the rain fly. In general, the easiest way to make sure you get every inch of the tent coated in waterproofing is to set it up before you start. Not only will you get every spot, but the coating will be more even.

So for future reference, for the well being and happiness of both you and your family, check to see if the tents you use need to be water proofed once again. It’s smart to make waterproofing and repair an annual tradition.

INNERpreneurship – The Rise of Self Destiny

It all starts with you graduating from high school. Then you proceed to either college or university. You complete those studies, graduate and you are ready to unleash your academic skills. You just want to get out there and “Save the World”, right?

So after several years of working, (the number of years will vary from person to person), you sit down mo thay tien one day after losing your job (perhaps for the 1st time, 2nd or more), and you put down every job you have ever had. This is your “master resume”, which only you will see, in preparation for writing the focused resume you will be sending out.

This is what you put down in your master resume – 32 years of working, 15 jobs (that’s 2.2 years per job), shortest job was 3 months, the longest job was 6.5 years and 3 jobs were transition jobs. Whew, you say. No wonder you are somewhat bewildered and feeling lost. This analysis resulted in another interview and a successful offer, which you accepted. You begin your 16th job!

OK, You are right! That’s not you – that was me!

” Wow! How did that happen?”, I ask.

Well, partially because I never gave up and adapted to the times with new resume formats and different marketing avenues, like LinkedIn. Tenacity also came into play (i.e. being stubborn). I kept working in my profession also, without a segway into lawn care or grocery bagging (not that there is anything wrong with doing either).

I looked back over those 32 years. It was easy because I created that “Master Resume” which allowed me to fly over 32 years, right at my desk. So I asked myself, ” What changed over those 32 years? ”

Well…

  • Commendations are few to none
  • Seems like no 1, 3 & 5 year business plan at companies
  • Loss of Teamwork
  • Job instability
  • No loyalty to the employee
  • Job timeline getting shorter
  • Collaboration at work growing thinner / extinct

For the employee, this results in;

  • suspicion
  • uncertainty
  • loss of identity

I realized I entered into a new paradigm, without even knowing it.

“The people at the top are driven by money – the people at the bottom are driven by fear”

Fear of… losing their job… being demoted… pushed aside… not being part of the TEAM… not being accepted as a contributing member.

Then one day we have an epiphany…

” The World Doesn’t Want to be Saved! – JUST SAVE YOURSELF ”

Don’t get me wrong – I don’t mean this in a vindictive or blasphemous way.

We realize that the world has much bigger fish to fry than to be worried about us. The world doesn’t really care about us individuals. It has much bigger concerns to occupy itself with… and that is good because only we know what is best for us… correct? Of course!

As HAL said in 2001: A Space Odyssey, “Something Wonderful is Going to Happen” – And it did!

Designer Plastering Around Your Ceiling Fixtures

Applying ceiling plaster to ones ceiling is not a hard task. However, making sure that your pattern is flush with ceiling appliances like fans and vents can sometimes be a task. Any package of ceiling plaster will have some pretty detailed instructions on how to apply it correctly. What they do not offer instructions on is how to apply your pattern around ceiling fans and vents. Well, this is pretty easy. Do your best to simply discontinue your patter just short of the items.

When dealing with these types of items, you will want to tape them off just to visit:- https://thienthanhphatco.com/san-go-cong-nghiep-da-nang/ ensure that no spackling or plaster gets stuck on them. If you are not the handyman and are not really interested in having to work around your fixtures, then you may be more interested in tin ceiling tiles. They’re much easier to install and offer countless design options. However, ceiling plastering can look great it just takes a little bit more time, energy, and skill to apply.

While attempting to work around your fixtures, be conscious of how long each of your pattern strokes are. This will give you a decent estimate of when you stop your pattern, move onto the other side and begin once again. You not be worried about each brush stroke being the same length and exact shape because none of them will be.

Simply put, the best way to work around your ceiling fixtures and other appliances is to first tape them off. This will take a few minutes to do but it will be worth doing in the long run. If you choose not to do this you may find yourself scraping off a bunch of plaster that you didn’t think would reach your appliances. One ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure especially when dealing with home improvement.

The best type for this type of application will be painter’s tape. The wider the tape, the better. The wider it is the less chance of any stray plaster squeezing in where it is not suppose to be. If doing preparation type work is not attractive to you or you don’t have the money or means then a tin ceiling tile project is best for you. There is very little if any preparation and installation is quick and easy. Overall though if you are stuck on having a plaster ceiling it is obtainable, it will take a little more work though.

How To Turn Your Movie Poster Into A Work Of Art

Movies, music, festivals, events. This city is full of them. Los Angeles and its surrounding is immersed in the industries; it is almost impossible to get away from it on our daily lives and it is one of the main reasons it attracts so many people from all walks of life. L.A. is a massive melting pot for artists and fans of all kinds and we are offered the incredible possibility to access its history at any corner. And what best way than commemorate these events than with a poster? Production companies print thousands of them to promote the newest movies; concert venues cannot stop selling tour posters fast enough. And we cannot help but buy them. In fact, L.A. is covered with shops that sell vintage and first printings movie posters. So do your posters right and frame them right.

Consider this, in a town where the movie and music industry is so big, would it make anything but sense for us not to display them? No. We display them to make a statement about ourselves, the same way we buy a t-shirt of our favorite musician. So, go to your local custom framing store and ask about poster frames.

First determine the value of your poster. Vintage movie posters are highly valuable in the market (go through mom or grandma’s attic and check out who they liked when they were young!) and as such their conservation is something to keep in mind. If you think you may have a valuable item (look for yellowed paper and obscure movie titles), I would first go to a specialized store in Hollywood and find out its actual value. Once you’ve ascertained that this is in fact a vintage movie poster, think of what kind of frame you want for it.

Generally poster frames are kept to a Acrylic Poster Stand minimum to highlight the image. Consider the use of an acid-free mat around it for its conservation qualities. While mats are not common for posters, they help preserve your poster better by separating it from the glass and avoiding the possibility of water damage that may occur when the piece touches the glass. As well, mats are highly decorative and will highlight an aspect of the poster if you chose to use them. The nest aspect you need to consider on your poster frame is the glass quality. Again, if your poster is a contemporary, part of large quantity print, regular glass should be fine and keep in mind that unless you request something different any custom framing shop will use this.

Building a Home-Must Know About Home Building

Home building materials play a significant role. Since the Three Little Pigs first wiggled their curly little tails, we’ve been aware of the importance of building materials. But, while they had only three choices, we have more … a lot more.

Today, it’s not only about the strength and durability of the home but also about economy, ecology, aesthetics, style and personal choice. With universal building codes the รับสร้างบ้าน way they are, we can usually expect them to meet at least minimum standards of quality and longevity.

Knowing Your Options for Structural Materials

Over the years, I’ve worked with many different structural materials choices for homes. They all have their advantages and disadvantages. I’ve concluded that there may be no “perfect” choice. Nothing seems to stand head and shoulders above all the rest. That being said, there’s every reason to believe that of the many choices, you could find one perfect for you.

If you are exploring options for the structural components of your new home, start with these choices. You can expand from here:

  • Traditional 2×4 and 2×6 stick built homes: In North America, this is the most common approach to home building. These can be site built or pre-framed, factory built homes. Builders for this method are the easiest to find and these homes are usually the least expensive to build.
  • Steel Framed Homes: These are constructed much the same as the wood framed homes and can also come in pre-framed, factory built panels. They offer some additional green building benefits, being thought of as more sustainable by some authorities.
  • SIP built homes: Structural Insulated Panels are gaining popularity. These are structural panels that utilize insulation as part of the strength of the wall system. There are several different kinds of panels and methods of construction. They are often used for walls but can be used for ceilings, floors, and the roof structure as well.
  • Timber framed homes: Commonly understood as Post and Beam, timber framed homes are often combined with SIP panels between the posts and beams. The timber provides both the strength and the natural look and feel for the home. These type homes are most popular in the country and mountains as they are more rustic looking but can have all the amenities of the most modern homes.
  • Log homes: Today, log home materials are packaged and shipped to your site, and built according to the engineering specifications called for in whatever jurisdiction the building is taking place. Unlike the olden days, log homes can have every modern convenience you want. Or, you can choose to make them as rustic and traditional as you wish.
  • ICF built homes: Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are stacked as legos might be stacked. Then they are reinforced with rebar (steel) and filled with concrete. These concrete exterior homes provide for extra strength and insulation values that save on energy consumption in most cases.
  • Insulated cement tilt up panels:  Less popular for homes but used in more smaller buildings, cement tilt up walls offer rapid construction times and thermal benefits for homes as well. Some of these panels are constructed of two cement panels that sandwich insulating foam on the inside.
  • Straw/hay bale homes: As talked about as these homes are from time to time, they are still somewhat of a novelty. They do work, however. For the small number of homes built each year, there is an abundance of materials available. The bales offer structural benefits as well as insulation. Aside from thicker walls… you can built them to look just like any other home. And, no, the big bad wolf cannot blow this house down.

There are many more structural choices for building a home. You may wish to research them. I didn’t include things like brick and cedar homes because they are largely

The costs for each will vary but considering the overall cost of your entire project, the cost impact of different structural components will only alter the completed home’s cost by 0 – 10% on average.

Consider the Availability of Experienced Labor

A final thought. While all these may be viable options for you. It is important to check for the availability of the materials as well as qualified designers, installers, and builders in your area. In some cases, design and labor costs could add more to the cost of building. Also, for some of these approaches, you’ll definitely run into issues at your local building department. Sometimes they just don’t know what to look for in their inspections!

Most issues can be resolved. Take your time before you decide. Do your research. Ask a lot of questions and get good answers. Use an experienced home building coach to help with your decisions.
